Soon, I would be moving out for college. It’s time to finally pack these journals and stuff ’em in my cupboard.
Can’t help but feel nostalgic about the times that had passed. The chronicles of my firsts— crush, panic attack, friendship, love, icarus and now drowning.
While rereading some parts, I realised that humans seldom change in their ideas, I have written the jist of things with years of gap between them. Love still eludes my understanding, the hunger for knowledge remains the same.
I’m still naïve, miserable and alone. For that’s the fate of mortality.
“Nothing ever happens, nobody comes, nobody goes.”
Samuel Beckett, Waiting For Godot
